FASHION FAIL OF THE WEEK #2: CHER LLOYD

I'm probably one of the only people that actually kind of liked Cher Lloyd's style on The X-Factor.

I mean, obviously I didn't like the scary eyebrows or the ten layers of makeup, but I thought that she was interesting and I liked her New York street vibe.

However, what the hell has she done?

She has now COVERED herself in tattoos, which, quite frankly look awful and she will definitely regret in a few years.

Also, what's going on with the poodle hair? You're not Rihanna love! Your hair was nice before!

And I don't think I even need to mention the tacky clothes and trowelled-on makeup.

Can someone please get this girl a stylist? PRONTO.

HOT ON THE RED CARPET THIS WEEK: JESSICA ALBA

Jessica Alba
looked absolutely stunning on the red carpet in New York last night...

She braved the cold in a gorgeous tassled LWD (Little White Dress) for the premiere of her latest film 'Little Fockers'.

She teamed the dress with cute metallic shoes and wore her hair in an on-trend centre parting.

The film is the latest installment in the 'Meet The Parents' films, and again stars Ben Stiller and Robert De Niro

What a gorgeous lady!

HOT ON THE RED CARPET THIS WEEK: OLIVIA WILDE

Olivia Wilde looked absolutely stunning on the red carpet in LA last night for the premiere of TRON:Legacy.

The 26-year-old actress, who plays the lead female role of Quorra, shone in a gold sequinned dress from fashion label Pucci.

The premiere took place at the El Captain Theatre on Hollywood Boulevard, where guests where greeted to a futuristic setting of smoke and blue lighting.

She's gonna be getting a lot more lead roles under her belt if she keeps looking this good!

HOLLYWOOD STYLE AWARDS: HIT AND MISSES

The celebs were out in force last night LA for the annual 'Hollywood Style Awards' in LA.

Stars such as Lea Michelle and Emily Blunt dressed to impress as they hit the red carpet of the Hammer Museum in the Westwood area of the star-studded district.

902010 star Jessica Lowndes looked gorgeous in a short metallic dress teamed with on-trend bun hairstyle, but Gossip Girl newcomer Katie Cassidy stole the show in a stunning floor-length lacy gown.

As well as Lea, Glee star Jayma Mays was at the event, as were Chris Colfer and Cory Monteith.

Kate Bosworth was also in attendance in a rather questionable white ensemble.

Check out my 'hits' and 'misses' below...

FIRST LANVIN FOR H&M, NOW VALENTINO FOR GAP

There are major collaborations happening right now between the differnet spectrums of the fashion world...

First we had Lanvin designing for H&M, now legendary Italian label Valentino have designed a collection for the home of 'american casual' Gap.

The collection is part of Gap celebrating it's first store in Milan.

I must say, I was quite surprised when I heard the news- seeing as the two labels are just so vastly different and wasn't sure it could quite work...

And does it?

Well, for me, I'm afraid not.

I know I should be jumping on the bandwagon saying how 'amazing' it is, because everyone else is, but it's really not that good in my opinion.

It's basically casual clothes, just with a few frills- literally.

I don't know about you, but if I'm going to go casual, I just keep it simple, otherwise it just doesn't work.

Valentino designers Maria Grazia Chiuri and Pier Paolo Piccioli hope the designs will help the label appeal to 'a new younger generation of women'.

Check out some of the collection here to make up your own mind...
