HILARY LOOKS BRILIANT AS SHE TURNS FROM BLONDE TO BRUNETTE

What with summer in sight, you would think that the celebs would be getting ready to lighter their hair colour readt for light beachy locks...

However, Hilary Duff has decided to buck the trend and opted to darken her locks yesterday after spending six hours at LA salon Epoch.

She still had a hint of blonde in the tips- a big trend at the moment, being favoured by the likes of Miley Cyrus and Rachel Bilson, however, it is a lots darker than her previous highlighted look.

I think Hilary looks great- she might have even convinced me to try it myself- Brunettes all the way! :D

Hilary Duff does Nylon Magazine

There's been a lot of controversy about Nylon's choice for their latest Covergirl- Hilary Duff. Some people don't think Hilary is suitable for Nylon's edgy image, considering her cutesy pop past.

However, I think Miss Duff looks gorgeous and bang on trend in her photoshoot- rocking preppy blazers, the military style, leather and sequins.

She is also the newest member of the Gossip Girl cast- where she had a storyline where she did a threesome! I'd say that was rather edgy!

She talks in the magazine about her new clothing line, which was based on New York style. She said: "I'll be walking down the street and think, oh she looks cute! Everyone has unique styles. It inspired me."
