I don't really know what to make of it tbh. Literally NO ONE else could get away with this, but Gaga just about pulls it off.

Ever wondered what Gaga looked like before she drowned in a vat of peroxide??

Well now's your chance, as pictures of the crazy starlet before she was famous have been released. And I've gotta say she looks pretty darn good rockin' her natural brunette looks and wearing skimpy 80's inspired clothes...

But do I prefer it??

Well she does looks more normal (obviously) and somewhat more prettier, but Gaga isn't really about pretty is she? I think she cares more about the shock value of her ensembles and hairstyles than whether they look pleasing to the eye...

and we love her is all her crazy glory right?

Ooh, look at Gag's new 'do!

By now, we're definitely not surprised when Gaga steps out with a new hairdo, however I thought this new development to the eccentric singer's tresses deserved to be noted...

She's gone... wait for it... GREY.

Yes, she's ditched the blonde and gone for granny chic tresses, currently favoured also by the likes of Kelly Osbourne and Ellie Goulding.

She was seen showing off the new style whilst hanging out with fashion designer Miuccia Gucci.

In actual fact, I actually quite like the new style. I mean, I prefer the blonde/fringe combo she debuted with, but this is one of her more normal and flattering hairstyles she's come up with... even if it is grey!

However, knowing Gaga, it will be changed again by tomorrow!

That lady is truely a chameleon...

Gaga poses topless for GQ

We're not used to Lady Gaga earing many clothes, and there's no change hear when she posed for GQ magazine topless...

However, despite her raunchy outfits and edgy image, Gaga insists that she's 'quite the lady', telling the magazine:

'Well, I believe in certain institutions: cooking, serving dinner, taking care of my family. So I consider myself quite the lady.'

The shoot unfortunately had to finnish early as Gaga broke down in tears due to exhaustion.

Well I still think you look great lady!

Loving the mini deni jacket teamed with the studs... especially them gorge gloves!

The only little bearbug that I have about this all, is that she looks a bit like Gaga...

I mean if you put a blonde wig on her, the two would be inseperable.

We're all used to seeing Lady Gaga in one of her crazy outfits with a mad hairstyle to match.

But seeing her dolled up and glamorous is far more of a shock... and here she is, looking just that as this month's Elle magazine's cover girl.

The kooky popstar signed copies of her album looking like The Hunchback of Notredam, in this extreme shoulder-padded jacket.
